Our Staff

Jeff Royer leads our team in delivering first-class customer service from the moment he answers the phone. Jeff has over 30 years experience in the automotive field. He has served as an Automotive Service Manager at several dealerships and most recently has been our NAPA parts representative. He understands cars and people. He knows you are looking for straight answers and someone you can trust. You are not a number to Jeff. You are someone he wants to help with your automotive problem and present you with options for doing so.

Jeff's Retiring in June!

Jeff has been with us in the office for five years. In June, at the ripe old age of 64, he is joining his wife in retirement. We wish them the best and happy travels?

We will all miss Jeff, but you can rest assured that we will continue with the same great customer service we have offered for the past 50 years!

Joe Baptista grew up in a family-owned auto repair business. He is an ASE certified Master Technician with an additional L1 certification as an expert in computer, fuel injection and emission repairs. He loves solving tough problems. He is a detail person and when you talk with him, you will find he is focused on you, your vehicle's problem, and solving that problem for you.

Paul Smeigh is also an ASE certified Master Technician with an additional L1 certification as an expert in computer, fuel injection and emission repairs. Paul is intense and meticulous. Paul has a particular specialty in Volkswagen and Audi, and has had Moog factory training in steering, suspension and alignment. Like Joe, Paul is committed to repairing your car right.

Keith Stouch grew up in this family business and has managed it since 1991. He is ASE certified in five areas including an additional L1 certification as an expert in computer, fuel injection and emission repairs. He grew up in this family business and has managed it for the past 10 years. With a college degree and experience in journalism, Keith can not only diagnose and repair your vehicle, he can explain the problem and your options in clear, effective ways.

Cathy Stouch is our behind-the-scenes customer service, financial, computer and promotions expert. When you receive a follow-up call to make sure our service meets your expectations, chances are it is Cathy.
