- At the bottom of the
ramp, continue straight up the small hill on East
Philadelphia Street and continue to the second cross
street (East Street)
- Turn right and drive
½ block – we are on the right side

on I- 83?

- At the bottom of the
ramp (light at Market Street), turn left and
continue on Market Street for three blocks to the
intersection noted above under “Are you on Market
Street”
- Turn right and
follow direction as noted under “Market Street”
