What is a "driveability" problem?

Basically, driveability, refers to anything that causes a vehicle: not to start; start hard; to crank for a prolonged period of time before it starts; stall after starting; stall when coming to a stop; idle rough; run rough; misfire; hesitate when accelerating; transmission to shift improperly.
