Driveability Diagnosis

We are very good at diagnosing and repairing driveability problems such as yours. Because we do alot of this type of work, we find that to properly repair your car's problem we need to take some time to thoroughly evaluate and diagnose you car's problem.

You do agree that you want a proper diagnosis the first time?
You agree that we don't want to replace any items that don't need replacement?

We find our average charge to properly diagnose your vehicle's problem depends on how easily we can replicate the problem when we have the car.

We have three levels of diagnosis.

Level 1

If the problem is constant and can be reproduced consistently during a normal roadtest or while in our service bay while hooked up to our diagnostic equipment.

Level 2

If the problem is intermittent, BUT you can tell us under what exact conditions the problem occurs, and if based on this, the problem can be reproduced on a normal or extended testdrive or in our service bays while hooked up to our diagnostic equipment.

Level 3

If the problem is intermittent or random, and you cannot give any specifics about when the problem occurs or how we can reproduce the problem, and if extensive test driving will be required.
Under these circumstances we suggest you leave the car a minimum of 2-3 days.
